And I believe that what ever works you use. I write down on 3 ring loose leaf paper all of the phone calls I make, whether I got through, who I have to call back, who called me and the date. And the end of each day, I move the calls that need to be "remade" to my task list for the next day. Antiquated or not, it works for you! And I believe that what ever works you use.

Every Monday, I go through and figure out if they're A, B, C, or D leads and then schedule my week appropriately. If they don't move from D to C (and so forth) from one week to the next, I cross them off my list. But this does two things: Makes people wonder how I "remember" to follow-up and keeps me from thinking a prospect is still a prospect six months later.
