If you take those few moments at a stoplight to take 3 deep breaths, or if you meditate for a few minutes while waiting for the doctor you will go on to those texts, emails, or calls with renewed energy and clarity.

Great reminder of all the little moments we might miss, Jaimie!

And certainly you should not drive and text or talk (without hands free).  This was really for those times when you find yourself doing nothing.
